Modular jet pulse filters are filter systems that have a modular design and therefore offer the user more flexibility. The modular design allows these filters to be adapted to different configurations and industrial requirements. They are designed for use in limited applications in industrial plants. Due to their small footprint, they are also favoured where space is limited.
All components, including the fan, are located on the appliance. Apart from the ventilation ducts and the power supply, it is delivered ready for operation.
One of the main advantages of modular jet pulse filters is that components and features can be easily replaced or customised. This allows them to be better adapted to the specific requirements of industrial plants. In addition, installation and maintenance of the filters can be carried out more easily and quickly, which can reduce operating costs.
Ultra-Web cartridge filter
Nanofibres have been scientifically proven to offer advantages in terms of efficiency and pressure drop. Ultra-Web® nanofibres feature unique Donaldson technology and are produced by an electrofibre extraction process that produces very fine, continuous fibres with a diameter of 0.2 to 0.3 microns, forming a durable, fabric-like shape with very fine voids. This nanofibre “mesh” is therefore produced on a variety of filter media:
Ultra-Web captures dust invisible to the eyeOnly Ultra-Web effectively captures low micron dust particles. Cellulose and 80/20 blended filter media are not sufficient to capture low micron dust particles. Regular cellulose and 80/20 filter media will capture dust particles 1 to 3 microns in size, and some 80/20 filter media from other manufacturers can capture larger dust particles 3 to 10 microns in size.Ultra-Web filters last up to 2 times longer. Pressure drop is high and increases rapidly with filters made from deep-loading materials such as pure cellulose or cellulose/synthetic (80/20) filter media blends. The Ultra-Web nanofibre technology offers exceptional surface loading capacity and excellent dust separation properties due to its fibre structure with nano-fine cavities; dust residues collect on the surface of the media, which can be easily wiped off while the substrate remains clean. The depth filter allows dust residue to penetrate to the depth where the substrate is installed and keeps the airflow under control

It can be used for the control of paper dust generated during paper production.
