Horizontal scrubber systems are used for cleaning industrial emissions, where the gas moves horizontally. These systems are made from materials with high chemical resistance, such as PE (Polyethylene), HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), and PP (Polypropylene). Operating Principle of Scrubbers

Dirty gas is drawn by a fan and passed from the bottom to the top through the gas washing tower. At the same time, a special solution in the tower’s lower chamber is sprayed from top to bottom via nozzles. To ensure contact between the solution and the gas, filling materials and media are used. The filling materials inside the tower provide a large surface area for the dirty gas to react with the solution. Liquid droplets carried with the gas flow are captured by the droplet separator located at the top of the tower. The unwanted gas concentration is released into the atmosphere below the limit values and odorless. Clean air is discharged into the atmosphere.
