The ExProof acrobatic arms of the AT series are used safely for applications with flammable and explosive dust as well as flammable and explosive gas.

Thanks to the external joint structure, flammable and explosive gases do not come into contact with the movable covers. The special seals used in the movable covers ensure safe and rigid movement.

Any static loads that may occur are prevented by an antistatic flexible air duct and standard-compliant earthing.

Explosion-proof design: The acrobatic arms in the ExPulse AT series are specially designed for flammable and explosive environments. This means they can be used safely in industrial plants. Our AT series acrobatic arms have the ATEX certificate 2 II GD (dust and gas).

Stainless steel housing: The stainless steel housing of the externally hinged ExProof acrobat arm increases durability and is corrosion-resistant. This feature ensures long and reliable use.

Stainless steel bonnet: The acrobatic arms of the ExPulse AT series are equipped with a stainless steel bonnet. This feature ensures effective capture of dust and other particles and ensures a clean working environment.

360-degree rotation: The acrobat arm can be used flexibly as it can be rotated 360 degrees around its circumference. This function makes it easy to adapt to different work areas.

Manual damping control: The acrobatic arms of the ExPulse AT series are equipped with a manual damping control. Users can regulate the air flow according to their needs. The damper movement mechanism is designed in accordance with ATEX conditions thanks to its specially developed sealed structure.

Stable position: The acrobatic arm has the ability to remain 100% stable in the set position. This ensures stable performance in sensitive working conditions.

Special seal and Kestamit plates: Special seals and Kestamit plates used in the joints ensure rigidity and safe working conditions by preventing friction at moving ends.

Resistant air duct: An antistatic, flexible air duct with an earthed wire section is used.

Hydraulic piston movement: The movement is ensured by a reliable hydraulic piston. This allows the acrobatic arm to move in a smooth and controlled manner. The hydraulic pistons we use are made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
